Organizational funders are critical to our success in improving the lives of children across low-income communities around the world. Whether through grants, employee engagement, cause marketing partnerships or in-kind donations, these partners help us scale our impact while meeting our shared goals.

UC San Diego

Thanks to substantial support the University of San Diego, The VAPA Foundation has been able to take extra steps in enhancing students’ preparation for their lives after high school graduation. This $300,000 over three years has resulted in interactive learning experiences at their campus such as tours of their Stuart Collection and attendance at their live performances. It has also supported arts education programming at the district such as honor concerts and Everyone Participates in Music Conference (EPIC).

The City of San Diego

A contract with the City has enabled the VAPA Foundation to produce honor concerts, recognition events, and collaborations with our local art partners.

Price Philanthropies

Our collaboration with Price Philanthropies has allowed us to bring Rainforest Art Project’s Mural mentorship program to seven schools in the City Heights area. The murals that these students created culminated in the art being permanently installed at each school site.

The Parker Foundation

The Parker Foundation generously donated $10,000 for art supply kits to be distributed to students unable to attend schools in person. In addition , they challenged to meet a one-to-one matching grant so that we could attract new donors to our mission.

Gafcon

Gafcon has been supporting us for years and we were honored and pleased to see them representing at Cindy Marten’s Farewell Party in en masse.

PJHM Architects

We hope to grow our relationship with PHJM Architects.

US Bank

Thanks to US Bank’s generous sponsorship, we were able to secure a venue for our Honor Theatre Project.
